Infinite Ascent Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During high-demand periods (drops, promos), processing may take up to 5-7 business days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Domestic (U.S.):
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $10 flat rate
- Free Shipping on orders $89+
Expedited Shipping:
- Calculated at checkout (2–3 business days)
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your gear every step of the ascent.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your location and delivery speed.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order leaves our hands, it’s in the carrier’s control.
- If your package is marked delivered but not received, please check with neighbors or your local carrier.
- Infinite Ascent is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we’ll always do our best to help you track it down.
Address Accuracy
Make sure your shipping info is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
